Q: How do I become a Sinvention dealer?
A: Contact us today to get access to our wholesale prices. First , you must register here and become a member via this website. After you do so, contact us and we will enable prices for your account, then this website will show the wholesale prices of our products and allow you to place orders. You must contact us, meet our non-disclosed quality standards and have a valid business license within your country and/or region.
Q: How do I pay for my purchases?
A: All wholesale customers are initially required to pre-pay for their orders prior to shipment. We accept Visa and Mastercard, or Paypal. We keep your credit card information on file at our offices and no sensitive information is ever transmitted over the internet. All International orders are pre-paid prior to dispatch. Domestic dealers may apply for terms and also pay by other means after a period of time of good communciation and after demonstrating professional and honest business practices.
Q: Do you do custom work or cater to special needs?
A: Yes we do custom work. We can also cater to special needs such as larger or smaller sizing, nickle allergies etc. Please contact us for details. Timelines for custom work varies depending on time of year and type of work requested. Alll custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable. All custom work will be pre-paid prior to work commencing on the project.
Q: Where is Sinvention gear made?
A: All Sinvention leather gear is made by us at our studios in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. We spend a lot of time sourcing leathers from domestic North American tanners as well as select European tanners.
Q: Does Sinvention offer any sort of warranty or guarantee on their products?
A: YES. Sinvention offers a limited Lifetime Warranty against all manufacturers defects on hardware and/or construction. It does not warranty against abuse of goods, misuse of goods, or normal wear and tear.
Q: I would just like to buy some bondage restraints, where can I find your BDSM gear for sale?
A: Yes, this website is for wholesale customers only. We do have many dealers around the world that can certainly help you. Please go to this page to see a list of dealers. Some dealers are only online resellers and some have brick and mortar adult stores. Click Here for the list.
