How do I make a purchase?
Just write to us using the form in the contact section
of this website and state which BDSM or Fetish product
you are interested in and your shipping information.
One of us will get back to you quickly with details
on how to pay for your goods. We accept payment via
Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Canadian or International
Money Orders (I.M.O's in US funds please!). We also
accept Visa and Mastercard direct (not through Paypal)
for both Domestic and International wholesale orders
ONLY.
I think that I need a custom size, how do I take a
measurement?
We try and pride ourselves on good customer service.
If you require a custom size, just write to us explaining
which product you are interested in and we will instruct
you on where to take the measurements from. We realize
that even in good designs you cannot accommodate all
persons with one size. There is a nominal fee for custom
sizing.
What method of shipping does Sinvention use?
We ship everything via Canada Post or UPS. In Canada
we send parcels Expedited Courier which generally arrives
to anywhere in 3 or 4 days. To the USA we ship using
ExpresspostUSA or UPS and insure all packages. They
generally arrive in less than a week. The rest of the
world is on a per country basis. Just write to us for
a shipping quote to your country.
How long does it take to get my product?
We handcraft our leather goods right here at our studio.
If you have ordered a standard stock item it will ship
almost right away. If you have ordered a custom item,
please allow at least 3 weeks for your article to arrive.

Rush orders are usually available!
What type of leather do you craft with?
We use vegetable tanned Imported English Bridle Leather
for much of our product line (Not from Asia, Pakistan
or India like most manufacturers in North America).
It has less stretch than the Latigo Chrome Tanned leathers
commonly used in this industry. Over time your item
will achieve unequaled comfort and fit. We line our
goods with a very nice 4 oz. full grain glove leather.
I am in Canada, do I have to pay taxes?
Yes. Everyone in Canada has to pay 7% GST on all goods.
If you are in Ontario you must also pay 8% PST if you
are not a dealer. We do not yet charge the taxes of
each province to anyone except Ontario residents. That
may change at anytime. Parcels traveling to
any other country than Canada do not have to pay any
Canadian taxes. That does not mean there may
not be additional charges incurred at your home country's
customs and duty. We are not responsible for collecting
those fees. We cannot advise you of those fees.
